How to Create a Hygge Fall Morning Routine

How many times do you hit the snooze button before you finally give in and get up? One very common symptom of winter blues & seasonal affective disorder is difficulty getting up in the morning.

One way to use hygge to make it a little easier to establish a cozy, soothing morning routine that delights you into wanting to get up. For example, lighting your favorite candle when you first wake up. Using a scent you love in the shower. Making your favorite tea.

Taking a few moments in the midst of it all to center yourself & set hygge intentions for your day. Anything that cozies your soul, as she suggests in the video, is fair game for a morning routine.

What would make it easier for you?

See you next time!

Love, Jeanine
